Cash Office Users Numbers Are Down?

Peterborough City Council are saying, there has been a dramatic reduction in the number of customers using the council’s Cash Office at Bayard Place over the last two months.?
The Cash Office will permanently close on 14 March 2018. At the same time, a city-wide marketing campaign was launched to raise awareness of the closure date, alternative payment options, and the availability of free training to help residents gain confidence and skills in using the internet.

I have seen no evidence in the Post Office in Werrington Green, Brookside Methodist Church, Or Paston & Gunthorpe Community Centre which after speaking with Graham Peason he confirmed this morning the centre has not been in receipt of any such notice!
Posters and leaflets are supposed to be distributed at Bayard Place, Community Centres,Pubs or Charity local run venues.
